My names Darren, Im 26 and I have more than 10 years experience within the IT industry. Im also the owner and founder of DazzleIT.




So, what motivated me to create DazzleIT? From the age of 9, Ive been fascinated by computers and technology and decided that I wanted a full time career in IT. I taught myself computer skills at school and bought my first computer at 16 to help me complete my GNVQ in IT.




I started work as an IT trainer where I gained expert knowledge in Microsoft Office, the Internet and email. I then moved into IT Support, developing comprehensive skills in the maintenance of a variety of different IT systems. Ive also achieved a number of professional qualifications to support my work, including a Pitmans Business English Level 2 qualification, a Train the Trainer qualification, Networking Essentials and PAT Testing certification. Im currently completing a Comptia A+ certification.




However, throughout my career, there was always something missing. My dream was to run my own professional and friendly IT Support business. There arent enough people out there giving user friendly advice to suit different levels of experience and I wanted to provide support that could be understood by anyone, even a complete novice.




Thats why I started DazzleIT. DazzleIT provides you with helpful advice, recommendations, tips and tricks and much, much more. With technology forever evolving, I believe its important to keep up-to date on a daily basis and DazzleIT aims to help you do this.
