The handful of people would be.. well, the one's that don't like the non-French population of Canada. Last time I went to Quebec (early this summer), everyone was really helpful and kind, but there were a few people that kind of gave my friends and I dirty looks because we were speaking in English.. People like that, no matter where they're from, are not awesome.. hahaaa.
