Im not sure if you can download it or not so maybe you can record the video again but use the speakers or microphone stuff and all that :3

Well if you have movie maker you can click Tools then click Narrate Timeline and switch the Audio Import Sorce to microphone if it isent already. When your ready click start narration. Also you need to import your video by clicking file then Import into Collections or you can just click Import Video that is on the side of the screen in blue letters :3

All you need to do is buy a microphone (I think they might be cheap but I guess it depends on what kind it is) and then you click options then record audio from microphone. If you want to add music you could try using Record audio from speakers. Or you could download the song but that cost money. I hope that helped ^-^
