About Yet another Asperger's person
I intend to cover topics from my perspective - from things like having guilt over not being as "severe" with my autism in comparison to others I see, to things like sensory integration, obsessions, alexithymia, panic-states - stress - and depression ... and so on. My favourite numbers are 42 and 8 (the number 8 "tastes" like black jelly babies [confectionary] to me sometimes), and my favourite day is Thursday.
I am concerned about my 9-year old neice: I believe she has Asperger's, ADHD and possibly dyslexia ... I hope to help arrange a referal for her soon though I'm not sure she'll accept it. Anyway - I am interested in how autism presents in women.
