I've seen issues where the older roubaix frames are breaking...if it were me, I'd stay away from specialized.

Specialized Bikes have some Problems
It appears that the Specialized Roubaix and their other Carbon bikes are having a tough time holding up under some of their larger Pro Cyclists.

the frames on the roubaix are crap. And if you think specialized is going to fix a cracked frame for you you're dead wrong. Do yourself a favor and find a new bike...not made by specialized.
