Too much talking, I have to wait 2 minutes before seeing what the machine looks like.

The turbocharged engine is not so handy in cities where cops are at every corner catching your speed :(

@matrixloader ... I was gonna say the same thing ... the only surprise I found is the lack of cup holders for rear passengers, but they managed to fit two cup holders in the Kia Rio.

I am very happy with this Toshiba after owning it for 3+ years, still runs pretty fast for videos and multiple applications .,..the only thing I don't like is the long startup time, but now I've gotten used to it and know to start it up first thing in the day before doing anything else :)

My L300 with Centrino processor still runs very quick after 3+ years ... very happy with it except now the battery is not charging anymore which is just part of normal replacement.

I might have to look into the subcompact category if these so called compact cars keep getting bigger everytime they get a redesign.

This Jetta and Chevy Cruze are in their own class since they've gotten so big, it's not fair to compare them with the other normal sized compact cars.

I don't like how the cars get bigger everytime car companies redesign their model ... not everyone thinks bigger is better.

I have to agree with Steve, the Jetta has gotten too big to be considered a compact car and looks and feels too much like a Passat.

@tigers123123 ... so true, a good set of winter tires will make a BIG difference !

The Corolla is sooo much more refined than the Matrix, don't understand as they are based on the same platform ? The Matrix's interior is full of hard plastics, it's noisy on the highway and the fuel economy is 30% more than the numbers in the brochure.

It's a shame Toyota didn't do it right in 2009 when I first bought the Matrix, it's very loud on the highway and fuel economy is 30% more than what they printed in the brochure. I won't even consider a Toyota again.

I hope Toyota made this version quieter now that Pontiac is gone, I have the 2009 version and it is filled with road noise inside especially on the highway... otherwise this is a very practical car within a compact dimension.

I'm glad Hyundai didn't make the Tucson as big as the competitors, since there are people out there that prefer a more compact SUV than the Equinow and Journey.

The front and back design is just not cohesive ... Honda needs to find its own identity again.

Just realize how much the Pilot looks like the Ford Escape with its boxy styling.

@bigvirgotube ... totally agree sitting 3 people in the middle row will be tight for cars this width. at the same time, the Rondo and Mazda 5 have the same width as mid size cars from 5 years ago ... I think people are just growing bigger in general and require additional 'hip' room ...

The Focus has the best styling in the compact car segment ... the only thing is I can't see out the front of the hood when parking, which might result in unwanted scratches to the bumper ...

The Fiesta was great until the new Accent came out ...

The new Accent looks similar to the Fiesta but beats it in every way ...

I enjoyed renting a Fiesta for 2 weeks, but I find the rear seat and cargo area really tight even for a subcompact.

This accent beats the crap out of the competition

I like Samsung's product but not sure why the battery is not removable?

What is Gaga looking at ?

I've read about the keys breaks off easily with this style of keyboard ?
