Hi. My name is David Fister. Over the last twenty years, I have studied, written, performed, and taught music with an emphasis on the guitar. I have explored music from a theoretical and technical standpoint, in order to understand how all of the building blocks of music work together. And I have studied Western musical theories and common practice of the last 2500 years. In the process, I have developed a comprehensive perspective and an innovative method for learning music on the guitar.
