This channel includes my photographic music for contemplation with videos I create (davideliasvideo) using my own music and photography for the purpose of simple relaxation and meditation.
Our culture has pushed our common awareness and focus away from the physical realities (lower chakras) up to the much more abstract and fictionalized (imagined) higher levels where Mind presides.
This imbalance needs correction (our attention) if we are all going to truly recognize our beloved planet as well as each other.
We have lost our Soul as a culture. Maybe we can recover some of this together through simple practices of reconnecting with essential elements of Nature which we are all part of.
I hope that these videos can help in some small way.
