Boomer Seeking the Middle

I believe participation in elections and using government to support our community needs can change lives for the better. My main goal for reform is to raise voter turnout. If more than 80% of eligible voteres actually voted our candidates would improve. Issues would stop being defined by extreme fringe of left and right. Everyone would benefit. Today too many of us struggle to make ends meet and to provide a better chance for our kids.

I want to help find answers in the middle. I am encouraged that people under 25 today are starting to show the activist ideals that last surfaced when I was under 25 - the 70's.

I realize every generation sets its own path and that's OK. I think Boomers and Digital NAtives have a lot in common, though, and want to help bring that into the clear light of day.

This may sound too earnest for YouTube or for anybody. But I want to speak up for what I believe and see if I can attract others who agree with me.
