I remember watching this film back in the seventies, I thought the outcome of the "dual" was that the winning side took control of the Earth and Lloyd Bridges side were the "goodies" intent on giving the peoples of Earth their freedom.

A noble attempt but perhaps not recreating the magic of the first album - but fantastic to hear them trying to bring rhythm from out of the void and harmony from out of chaos. Predates heavy metal, punk etc doesn't it? It'd be good to hear contemporary groups trying to achieve the technical chall...

Very informative - now I know why American's often confuse England and Britain. But why don't we have a name for "Americans" (meaning the people of the USA) that doesn't confusingly seem to embrace two entire continents. Peoples of other "American" countries i.e. Canada, Mexico, Peru, Brazil etc ...
