So...do people with Leap Year birthdays turn a year older only every four years?

I enjoyed watching this video clip, but what does it have to do with "Be Kind, Rewind"?

OK...a few questions...What are we promoting as a country and as a culture? Are we promoting that it's OK to pass out in a bathroom stall after getting drunk? Is there not something wrong with people who get drunk? Do they not need help? Are we as a country and as a society promoting the "fact" that engaging debauchery is inevitable for college students? Other countries look to the United States as a role model. I'm sure that people in other countries will be watching this movie.
