My name is David Kelly. My law office is in Minnetonka near St. Louis Park, Plymouth and Golden Valley. I have been helping clients in the Twin Cities - Minneapolis area for over thirty years with their financial hardships - preparing and filing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies - and truth be known, with quite a bit more than that.
