I love the quotes but the music doesn't fit at all. It creates a mood as though he had died rather than just retired. The quotes make you realise just how good a player and a humble human being he was.

The whole recipes strikes me as slightly odd. Most recipes for tart dough use chilled butter thatis deliberately kept as cold as possible so the butter only melts during baking and not before.
