I have Norwegian roots, and I have tried some of their foods, but Lutefisk, probably not. I love Gjetost and I have eaten Norwegian salmon. I honestly don't see how they can stand eating Lutefisk on a regular basis

Gjetost really does taste good. The kind made from all Goat's milk is the best it has an almost Sharp-Cheddar flavor. It's just a little heavy though

The United States really did outproduce the axis, many times over. Nearly 50,000 Shermans produced in all, versus 1500 German Tiger Tanks produced from 1942-1945. I like those odds.
