well i do competitions but its not reely serious.
my local gym only has mats so we got a chance to go to this bigger hall which is about an hour away. it has beam, vault, bars tumble track/lilo thing. ive only just got to go to this so im crap at beam bars and vault compared to the others but about same level on floor. i realy wanna be able to do a back sumi on floor but im to scared to try!!!. what do u want to be able to do. back sumi is my next ambition!!! :D wb xx |
