My name is Daryl. My goal is to become fitter and healthier. The reason behind it is to fulfill my dream of becoming a Firefighter. Theres no other job I can see myself doing, for the last 3 years this has been what Ive wanted.
Over the next 12-18 months I will try to upload a video if not every week, every fortnight, be sure to check my progress and give me added motivation.
Good news, Im feeling a lot better and I have a new camera! I will try to film for my first video, the morning of Monday the 21st of March 2011 (Day One!) The "Before" video should be up sometime this week.
I will be running 4km's three times a week. Spending at least half an hour on the boxing bag two times a week. A light all around workout weights session once a week. I will also start by doing a 50 push ups a night and a few different abdominal exercise to total 100 reps. As my fitness improves I will be trying to increase the amount of reps.
