About this user

I was born 1972 in the northern zone of Iraqi Kurdistan and I´ve lived in Sweden since 1990. I am mainly a trained musician, painter and documentary ﬁlmmaker. I have been working professionally with ﬁlm and ﬁlm-editing since 1996. During all this period of time I have produced many ﬁlms, as well documentaries as ﬁction-ﬁlms. Lately I have come to realise the importance and advantages of having
tried out so many directions within the world of Arts.

The Art of Film has particularly inspired me, as it is within its own nature to be a genuine crossroads for all known art forms. The most vital thing for me has always been "the important story". It is essential to tell the world the stories that are important for me and those that are close to me, even if they may not be a direct reﬂection of my own experiences.

According to myself it is hard to live an undepicted life. To overcome the fear of death is to come closer to an understanding of love, hope and through these, the meaning of life. Death and Passion are therefore a recurring theme in my stories.
