@1DLflyer I was about to ask how did you manage to get the newer suvarnabhumi int'l airport on FS2004...I have FS2004, but it only lists the older don mueang as VTBD...I can see there some explanation here on how to get it, but I'm no master of some abbreviations, etc...UT?

I'm looking forward to the arrival of BA's first A380s at LHR, next year ('12) I think; perhaps they will fly to CDG for their training flights, followed by Virgin's first A380s, not sure when they are due though; I wonder what will be their first respective routes

I believe this is now just 1 of 2 remaining USA flights @ LGW by US airlines, the other one being a US Airways flight from / to Charlotte after CO moved all their flights, and AA their remaining few to LHR, also US their PHL flight as well; I'm a little surprised to see if it still pays for both ...

@platzy69 The drive from Sanford Airport to International Drive is approx 45 mins, maybe an hour traffic depending (especially during weekday rush hour on I4 through Orlando City Centre), alternatively there's the 417 greeneway (toll highway), which is apparently quieter, has a number of $ tolls ...

TC discontinuing their premium cabin? that's a real shame as it was pretty damn good when I flew on airtours premier gold, that too was A330, G-MLJL, from Gatwick to Orlando / Sanford and that was real blessing on a flight of that length!

definitely a B777-236ER - flight time out is about 8:45, return about 7:30 (actual flying time that is, from take off run to touch down, doesn't include taxiing time at either end)
