If your server is still locking up, it is likely due to your recent memory upgrade. This is a common side effect indicating memory incompatibilities/timing issues. You might try purchasing the same brand and timing of the original memory that was in the machine. Unfortunately, some motherboard manufactures do not extensively test their products with different memory brands other than what they ship with.
