I think the commentator speaks Scottish English (english with a scottish influenced accent) and the people speak Lowland Scots (A language that came about from one of the four dialects of old english). Either way, it's so freaken hard to understand them.

Is that not allowed? Why do businesses have to pay a ridiculous price to hire workers instead of purchasing machines to do the job? The fact this senator is ignoring is that most people who are in situations where their roles are being replaced by machines are useless in the first place.
