Get the complete album here: http://tinyurl.com/ligbag3-cd750 The third of six bagatelles for woodwind quintet, by György Ligeti, performed by the Westwood Wind Quintet. FAQ
Q: Who are the performers? A: The members of the quintet are John Barcellona, flute Peter Christ, oboe David Atkins, clarinet Kenneth Meyer, bassoon Calvin Smith, horn
Q: I really like this video; how can I support your work? A: Buy the CD from Crystal Records (follow the link above), and tell Peter Christ (the founder of the label and of the Westwind quintet) you learned about the music here. I've posted this video without their permission, and I'd like to show them it's helping, not hurting, them for me to be doing this. Crystal Records (or Schott, the publisher) can have this video removed from YouTube if they want; I'd prefer that not happen.
Q: Where can I get the score for this? A: You can buy the score and parts from Sheet Music Plus ... http://www.sheetmusicplus.com/title/6... ... and they also sell a study score ... http://www.sheetmusicplus.com/title/6...
Q: What are the recording details? A: This recording was made on December 22-23, 1983, and released on Crystal Records as CD 750; here is their web site: http://www.crystalrecords.com/
Q: Where can I learn more about the composer? A: Where else? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ligeti

Fantasia Ostinato, performed by the composer (Stephen Malinowski, on guitar), with Patricia Carbon and Nan Washburn, flutes, and David Sills, viola. FAQ
Q: Where can I get the sheet music for this piece? A: Here: http://www.musanim.com/pdf/Malinowski...
Q: What does the title mean? A: An ostinato is a musical technique in which the same pattern repeats; in this piece, the pattern repeats visually exactly, but moves at different speeds. A fantasia is a kind of piece in which a progression of melodic ideas are passed between the instruments.
Q: I don't like the white(/black) background. A: I've made two versions; the original (white background) is here ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nHCG59... ... and an alternate (with a black background) is here ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oApsIz... Q: I don't like this; why did you post this junk? A: I wanted to experiment with this way of showing how the same musical material is used at difference speeds.

THIS VIDEO HAS BEEN FLIPPED TO AVOID COPYRIGHT!
I am just re uploading this, TylerDanielz kindly offered to put Music from the English soundtrack of Sailor Moon in the clip for me =D Since the original didn't have music, I didn't put any in. But honestly, the music REALLY helps with the mood, and honestly, I love the English OST for Sailor Moon xD
So it all worked out!
I voiced all the characters in the clip~
I will be keeping both versions up, so if people didn't like the music version you can go over to the NON music; /watch?v=bWic5R5t0NE
