All these names have been gathered for only one purpose which is to express their
daily life with music and lyrics in a free style. They all come under the name of
DARG Team.
Team's accomplishments and history:
- started their Arabic rap & hip hop journey in 2004.
- Established by the Three Mc's ( SAM, MADY, BESS ) later on
joined them the ( MAROOF AKA "3OFNI" ) as a music producer,
( Ahmed AKA "SHAHBANDR" ) as the Arabic beat maker and finally ( QD )
the photographer.
- Due to the lack of resources the team recorded about ( 25 home recording )
songs , low quality. Only to be in depth with the local listeners.
- Performed many live shows in the Gaza Strip, and gained a respectful
audience that is being increased at the moment.
- 1st home made album called ( BEL-GHORBAH 2008 ).
- Due to lack of finance havent been able to record our songs in a professional
studios not to mention the marketing loss.
- Used the internet through www.palrap.net , www.myspace.com/dargteamgaza
to link us to our fans by uploading our songs their.
- 1st video clip made with our little recourses.
- Participated in many events and activities with local and international NGO's
such as " Jawwal CO., MASHAREQ EST., Al Massa Group, society of arts
and culture, Sharek Forum, Baytuna corporation, Ahaleena corporation, Ard
Tiba association) plus the private activities.
- The team have published some songs that havent been included in the album
yet such as ( MOGHTAREB "An expatriate ", EID B EID "Hand in Hand",
AL HUB W AL SALAM "Love & Peace" )
Our Goals :
-To solve our political, social, physiological, financial and environmental problems in
non violence way and to spread a new theory of freedom of speech by expressing
what we feel, so we believe we hold a very big responsibility towards our selves and
our community by delivering their message to the world in a new technique.
-Display the Rap and Hip Hop culture in Gaza Strip and the middle east.
-To change, through the free style culture that the Team have learned from Hip Hop.
-To break all the barriers which holds us back and to communicate the free world with
our music.
-Show the real image of Gaza.
-Talking about all what have been not talked about because of the taboo culture.
-Show the real Arabic Hip Hop to critics.
-Stout face to the media.
Team ambitions:
- The Palestinian Hip Hop music become one of the strongest hip hop music
around the world.
- Link the western world with the eastern through an extraordinary Arabic hip
hop music.
- To expand and enlarge our fans all over the world.
- The name of DARG Team, to become an international name.
- To be honored in representing the Palestinian cause to the world.
