My tempo is OK but my muscles stamina is terrible, haha...need some patience to build up some strength, aren't I? How long should I work it out in a simple single stroke as a warm up to build my leg strength? Any suggestion? :D

Practice em more on slow tempo, you're getting too hasty n you need to be more tight on the tempo, especially on the early minutes of this video. Train it until you get a clean one e and ah two e and ah... :D
