i'm a jack of all trades. I almost broke my neck when i was 17 and i traded in my football helmet for a chef's knife. I attended culinary school in arizona and earned a degree in culinary arts. I now own and operate my own catering company with my lovely girlfriend Elizabeth in my hometown of Livermore , California. I have many other intrests and skills other than cooking that i enjoy, revolving around my natural curiosity and senses. I'm a very social and outgoing person with many friends but i enjoy my time alone , i think i'm a natural loner that's when my creativity and daydreams materialize into great accomplishments.
