The Kobo touch does an OK job of displaying PDFs, but it's not great. It's better to convert a PDF to epub using a program such as Calibre or something.
Additionally if you have a PDF with lots of images used as formatting, it also doesnlt do a great job, but then no Ereaders of this...

It's not so hard, just right click as you enter one of the the loops and catch it as it comes around. I intend to extend the tracks to go back down again and further out the other side anyway at some stage.

Hi there , that's a very similar recipe to what my Hungarian father used to make called "Nokedli". He used to put the dough on a chopping board and chop into the hot water.
