One of the senior most RJs in Red FM, Bangalore, Srinivas aka Srini has a bachelor of science degree and he uses it more to understand the science of smiles.

He has enough links in the sandalwood industry to be the liaison for 93.5 Red FM. Efficient, smart and
energetic, the show he handles "MUSIC ADDA" has refused to move down the popularity charts.

He has fan following from the beginning of Red FM till today with innovation in every of his link. His USP of not keeping up to the same style and keeping change as his shows middle name has worked. He has consistently ensured that none of his two links sound the same.

Just 26 and this lad already has 15years of experience in dancing. With more than 200 shows to his credit, which includes Kannada Filmfare award function which saw all the sandalwood celebrities, Srinivas AKA Srini breathes dance. He also has the unique credit of having danced with a few Bollywood celebs like Yana Gupta and Koena Mitra. He also heads a dance troupe DANSKIN. Best Male Dancer, Best Freestyle Dance Troupe, Best Choreographer are just a few awards this talented dancer has to his credit.

Dancing apart, he has travelled throughout India handling events as an Event Manager which brings out his contribution as a team player. This multi-faceted guy has more to him than meets the eye.

Srini has also acted and worked for the "screenplay & dialogues" for many movies, he has also directed 2 short films out of which the first one "RULES" was selected at Australia's Indian Film Festival "Bollywood and Beyond", the second one "SIMPLY KAILAWESOME" has bagged the prestigious
Platinum Remi Award at 44th Annual WorldFest- Houston International Film.

It is of essential prestigious matter that
this film is the first ever Kannada film to be awarded the Platinum Best Film
in any category.

He also a heads "Local Drama Motion Pictures",which is production house formed by a group of young enthusiasts.
