I agree with everyone else... I used to be about 60kgs Im now around 89-90kgs... I was the hardest gainer around. I eat everything and everything. You need to start smashing brown rice, brown pasta, brown bread, chicken, tuna, beef. Eat at least 4 solid meals per day and throw in 2-5 protein shak...
