Danny Rodas lives in Pasadena, Ca. Makes Improvisational Electronic music sometimes with LA area friends/artists/virtuosos/ eccentrics. A new album called "What's Dub" (2011) coming soon. www.dannyrodas.com

"Under The Stars" is a dance record influenced by varied styles such as Jamaican Dub Reggae, Hip Hop and UK Electronica. The music thematically explores the universe and its natural cycles but leaves it to the individual to discover and explore its various interpretations. Released on June 8, 2009 on the Villa Studios label and available for download at iTunes, Amazon, Rhapsody, Amie St., eMusic, Lala, Napster, and Shockhound! Also available November 1, 2009 is "Lesson Learned", an mp3 single thematically related to Under The Stars.

In 2005 Danny's first CD titled "What's New" introduced an experimental style of songwriting largely based on improvisation. The music is a tug of war between old and new and what is considered beautiful. In 2007, Danny performed and recorded as an experimental improvisational guitar duo with Philip Graulty which was then followed by the release of "Self-Portrait (2007)". The music is a collection of acoustic guitar based songs with Dub production influences.
