Well here it is the result after being back on track for a week now :)

HERE IS THE LONG OVERDUE RESULT FROM MY FIRST WEIGH IN AT WEIGHT WATCHERS SINCE SEPTEMBER 2011.

This is my first video before going back to weight watchers on 30/01/2012.

I had previously lost 10 stone with weight watchers before september 20...

This was held on 20/11/2011 at Taunton Town Centre in Somerset.
