How did you manage to get in the cockpit for landing in Lanzarote, I asked if my hubby could go in the cockpit for landing for his 60th birthday but the request was denied. He has already experienced a parachute jump,gliding and a balloon ride so thought this would be special as we've been going...

Thank you for letting me know about this channel, we first visited around 14 years ago and though I have many photos they are nowhere near the quality of these. I have a great video of taking off from Lanzarote taken in January this year, must upload it when I have time!

Just watched your take off from Luton and landing in Lanza, good video lovely and clear. Shame about the child screaming, was that all the way from take off to landing?

Don't think forgot to say, we've been going there for the last 14 years and generally do land over the sea as you say but if the wind is blowing in the wrong direction they have to land from a different direction though has only happened to us once.

I'm not the best flght passenger in the world but have to say that would put me off flying if I hadn't flown many times before, that was a great landing with hardly any bumps, I've had much worse than that. Try flying with Balkan Air in one of their jets that went out of commission 25+ years ago...
