I teach boot camp Monday morning, and this is the first song on the CD I use... Basically to tell them that it's about to get crazy. Obviously, I only use the first 30 seconds, and then we go into rock... Personally, I could work out extremely hard to Chopin, Vivaldi, and especially Beethoven ...
