@FrancoJason2447 Sure like I said I am not trying to push anything. In fact, I just looked at mindfulness meditation and its pretty awesome too, no mantra even. Just meditate its great for the mind and body.

@lambchopclmt We can agree, that it may provide you temporary relief, as cannibis did for me, but its a band aid solution. I am glad you are working towards a more long term, healthy solution.

@conorghilarducci I generally agree with you. I grew up in alcoholic, abusive family. So I don't trust people and project that fear into the world. I see ppl. as friend or foe and immediately determine if they are threats on first encounters.
