Ingredientes: 1 pacote de biscoito Maria ½ kg de chocolate ao leite hidrogenado 1 lata de doce de leite Papel manteiga
Modo de preparo: Para cada alfajor 3 biscoitos Maria, pegue um biscoito e passe uma camada de doce de leite, cubra com outro biscoito e passe mais uma camada de doce de leite e cubra com o último biscoito. Derreta o chocolate em banho maria ou no microondas e banhe o alfajor no chocolate, com a ajuda de um garfo, escorra o excesso e coloque para secar sobre o papel manteiga ( O chocolate hidrogenado seca muito rápido e não transpira, se você utilizar o chocolate nobre, ele deve secar na geladeira )
Doce de leite caseiro: Pegue 1 lata de leite condensado, coloque na panela de pressão e cubra com água, quando a panela chiar cozinhe por 40 minutos, desligue a panela deixe sair toda a pressão, abra retire a lata e deixe esfriar completamente para abrir.
Pode utilizar outras opções de recheio: Beijinho, Brigadeiro, etc...
