I uploaded goa trance and ambient musics that are generally soft, sometime groovy, but never really too dark or chaotic.
I did that purposely, first because it's my taste, and second because more people will enjoy smooth tunes than "endoftheworld" type tracks ...
There are numerous artists in the US who composed goa music, included in LA,
but it's true that the % of this music in the whole music industry is very, very low ...it's almost an underground music for people who like dance rave party.
I am sure that for someone who knows where to look for, you can probably find anytype of music or events in LA ... but maybe I'm wrong ....In SF there is a goa tribe about 500/ 1000 persons ...
