30 Minute Running Interval Playlist Play

A perfect playlist for a 30 minute running interval workout. Start out with a Warm up to Ready, Set Roll and then push yourself on the next song, when the song switches, go into a recovery jog. It will only take thirty minutes and you've got three 'sprint' songs throughout the play list. When Aloe Blacc comes on, it's time for a two song cool down.
