I am a printmaker in the state of Washington near Seattle. My preferred medium is woodcut and linoleum prints. I am attracted to the bold, striking images that can be achieved and the adaptability of the image for many applications. I am also influenced by the social, political, and religious history of printmaking and it's manifestation for commentary, satire and story telling. It is my belief that once created art takes on a life of it's own and becomes more than the artist who created it.
