Very nice video! Maybe, it took bit longer, than any usual customer would be ready to pay, but the cart as such and the technique is very interesting. There is just one thing, that I will never understand: Why do they cut the tail!?

This thing is really huge and in the woods it ruins the ground for decades. for driving the logs away, it might be ok, but inside the forest - no way. better use horses. they are quicker, more flexible and more sustainable.

Ganz brauchbar das Video. Aber ich muss sagen, mit meinem Kaltblut bin ich schneller, jedenfalls beim Vorrücken ... und ich bin nicht gezwungen, immer nur die direkte Linie Winde - Stamm im Auge zu halten, sondern kann bei Bedarf auch mal nach links oder rechts korrigieren.

The log as such is ok, but at this distance maybe a bit too big ... why don't you just use a logging cart? would be much easier and it wouldn't harm the horses motivation and self-confidence-
