@plumnbagel There was something weird about the editing of this video. There are several points where the film and audio don't match up, as if they delayed the film at certain points to give emphasis. It has the effect of making it look like lip syncing.

In other words: many people know that riding a bike to work, avoiding animal products, putting on a sweater instead of turning up the heat, etc. would be more responsible. To refute his tax point with the argument that "there were a lot of loopholes in that period", you would have to show that those loopholes suddenly disappeared when Reagan came in. For the people who weren't evading their taxes, the rate still went down. The "loopholes" point is a non sequitur.
