Have you considdered blackening the cob so that the sun can pre heat the cob? And what about a solar pre heater, something as simple as a black barrel? I like the styling. The name of the farm could be written on it and it would look like a small town water tower.

I'm not getting any sound from your video. I have a south facing slope near Nanaimo which would be ideal for a commercial sized set up. I would make this available to the University. Thank you: Dale
