so how many times can you re-drink your own urine in a day?...i am a vegan, so i consume a lot of fruits and vegetables. so i would assume that since fruits are high in water content, then its obviously safer to drink your own urine, then be so worried about consuming tap water. especially if u are doing a fast on juicing F&V. anyways, when u have the time to answer my question concerning how many times u can re-drink ur own urine a day?...please hit me back up..thank u!!

But that's when the UT is "telling" you (or your immune system is telling you) to concentrate on, for example cleansing your liver, kidneys, etc. Another thing is that the acne is a good sign, and it is good that your body is doing it. Your body is purging itself of something it does not like in the form of pus. Your immune system is spitting something out. You may be led to modify what you are putting into your body, to keep your body from needing to purge itself through acne.

That's a lot of info from me...so please don't just "listen to me," please, read read read. Get some books on UT and make your own informed decisions.

As you make changes, you will begin to glow more and more. You will become more and more radiantly healthy, and you may reach plateaus along the way. As long as you gather the information you are essentially "led" to gather, or that becomes an instinctive part of your path, then you are doing well. So, at some point, you might have some acne left, and you might go, geeze, is UT working anymore?

Dear TheJock80, this is not advice, but this is what I think would happen: I think that putting urine on a cotton ball and then wiping it on your face every night before going to bed would certainly help acne. I also think that if you are using harsh soaps or other products, that urine would help smooth things out for your system and skin. Going further, I think UT is like working with a kind, conscious intelligence. You could call the intelligence your immune system, if you like. So, UT generally gives people a "gift" in the beginning. It's like "wow!" look at that, urine did this...amazing! And then, if your immune system is saying "whoah, time to clean from the inside out," then you might start learning that acne is not just a skin issue. You may be led to pay attention to particular organs and the foods you eat.

I have been doing urine therapy myself for about a year now. Thanks for putting up the vids... Animals do urine therapy too... search for the monkey pee video and you'll what I mean. Humans learned from animals things that they could consume.
