Ah, 40 years on from Uni, I still remember Smelly J on Oxford Rd, reacting to passing Manchester Grammar School girls by chanting "Tent, Tent, Tent!"

This is why I walk to a gym every day. I don't go in, I just walk home again. With the help of the interweb, I find gymnasia further and further from my home to walk to as I get fitter.

Even when I go out shopping or socialising (I dson't drive, so that's not an option), I make a point of detour...
