@dajpd. Police need reasonable suspicion to detain you. They just cant come up to you and detain you without reasonable suspicion. They can however come start a conversation which you are free to walk away from and leave whenever. Know your rights and know your laws. Peace out.

@notaroundme. That's false information. If in a public setting, you can record anything or anybody, including police as long as its not interfering with their inveatigation. And the reason for this is by US Supreme Court ruling, there is no expectation of privacy while in public. Know the laws bu...
