I do sweat and it is an actual sauna. Sometimes I sit in the chair and my head is completely out, while other times I sit on a stool and zip the zipper around my face where the rest of my head is inside the sauna.
setting 3 - 125 F
setting 4 - 130 F
setting 5 - 140 F
