In this episode, Niles shows a heartwarming care for his brother. We can see him at 7:48 from the window running to help Frasier when he fell down.

Niles looks much more better in casual clothes. He is terrific in that dark blue sweater that matches the color of his eyes. I always wonder why he dress up in suits bigger than his size.
