@buakawkaoklai For someone who was writing fast (which is itself a misnomer as I believe you were typing...unless you are using a conversion app of sorts, which could account for your textual screaming), you certainly do use an excessive amount of ellipses.

@actionfiguretherapy I'm sure someone has probably already given the GI Joe character name but, if not, it is Iceberg. The toy was originally released in 1986 and an episode from the cartoon series (entitled "Iceberg Goes South") shows Iceberg being mutated into a Killer Whale by Dr. Mindbender....

@A7XDylan I believe that they are peacoats, which are frequently used by sailors and are actually issued to United States Navy recruits as part of their uniform system.
