Kutoka Jogoo had Tao unaweza tembea. When I lived in Kisii, more than a 12yrs ago, there were no matatus, or motorbikes plying that route. Those who lived in Jogoo used to walk without a thought of inconvenience. Now to hear that the same route would set you back Ksh 40 in a PSV is quite shocking.
