I guess it boils down to one's preferences. I've been using this texture pack since alpha, so I pretty much got used to 32-by-32 and 64-by-64 textures. If I sticked to pixel-ated graphics, I would've likely never liked playing the game with these textures.

It's one of those "wells" that have been spawning on deserts since the fourth snapshot (12w04a). I'm guessing it's for villages that spawn in deserts.

It's not the case of modesty. The video with "EXTREME SPEEDRUN" in its title was a pretty old video, which has been around *way* before exploits (like the drift speeding Sonic up), glitches and even unintended "shortcuts" were discovered.

You should change the smoke particles with the shape-shift particles (the tentacle-looking stuff) from the original game (Prototype) to make his shape-shifting more accurate.

Well I wasn't expecting that (0:36). Not the zombies-breaking-down-the-door part, but the sounds. Awfully realistic, don't you think? LOL.

Zombies breaking down doors reminded me of the old "More Deadly Mobs" mod -- made by Clintonxa who also made the Nature Overhaul mod -- where zombies were able to break through certain blocks like glass, doors, wool and dirt. Either it's coincidence, or Jeb saw Clint's mod and thought it was awes...

I before decided to stick with 1.0.0 and stop updating so that I can have uninterrupted Minecraft fun. But when I heard of the improved AI and the jungle biome, I gave 1.2.0 a chance. And now, looking at the new features like zombies breaking through doors, I'm hell glad I chose to wait for 1.2.0...

It's best if the original was compared with the album/recorded version instead of the live version (which is unclear and may sound awful for some) in this video.

Still, knowing which one is best depends on one's tastes in music. For me, it's hard to compare the two. Yeah, the original is awfull...

But apart from eating rotten flesh with milk, rotten flesh can also be good dog food. Your tamed wolves or dogs won't get poisoned when you feed them with rotten flesh, so it's a good alternative to the non-poisonous food that we players would most preferably eat and keep for ourselves.
