E39 M5 S62 Vanos noise
Either that or timing chain slap. I'm going to probably replace the tensioner to see if it helps.

Wow... I didn't realize it was a video game until about 1:09 mark, then went back and it was a little more obvious. I'm very impressed by whatever game this was from - the fact that my initial reaction was that this was real was incredible.
