You're a terrible coach. You haven't explained any of the basics of the punch, such as weight transfer, pivoting off the back foot, or shoulder rotation.

Gotta love Mexican boxing gyms. Some ropes, and a roof. Who needs all that fancy equipment? The greatest fighters come from some of the most basic gyms. My first gym was in a basement. You had to be careful not to punch a support beam, when you sparred.
