About Christopher Yoon
Korean-American tenor Christopher Yoon is a 3rd year at The Juilliard School studying with Robert F. White. He was born in Los Angeles, California. However, he grew up mostly in South Korea. While growing up he attended the prestigious Yewon School of the Arts and Seoul (Yego) Arts High School. When he was a sophomore in high school he got accepted into The Juilliard Pre-College program and moved to United States.
In 2009 Christopher performed the role of Puck in Juilliard's production of A Midsummer Night's Dream, and the following spring shared a debut recital in Weill Hall. This summer he attended the Vianden International Music Festival and School, in Vianden, Luxembourg.
